REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

All JadedDesignNYC pieces are made to order specifically for each customer. Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Exchange Policy (Store Credit Only)

We may approve a one-time exchange for store credit within 7 days of delivery if:

your ring does not fit properly, or
you would like to select a different style.

Approved exchanges will receive store credit only. Store credit may be used toward a replacement item of equal or greater value. Refunds are not offered.

To qualify:

Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
Item must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit amount

The restocking fee helps cover production, resizing, inspection, original shipping, and handling costs.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Engraved items
• Resized or altered items
• Sale or discounted items
• Orders placed using coupon codes or promotional discounts
• Limited edition pieces
• Previously exchanged items
• Items returned for modification or repair

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jadeddesignnyc@gmail.com with photos of the issue. 

Once approved, we will provide a replacement or exchange at no additional cost. We do not offer refund.

Cancellation Policy

We are unable to cancel orders once they have been submitted. Each piece is made to order with great care and precision, and production begins shortly after your purchase is confirmed. We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase. If you have any questions prior to placing an order, please don’t hesitate to contact us—we’re happy to help.
