Each of our pieces is made with the highest quality materials and thoroughly inspected before shipping. As part of our lifetime warranty, we offer free prong tightening, re-polishing, rhodium plating, and cleaning services.
If any issues occur with your jewelry or you require services not covered by the warranty, simply send your item back to us for inspection. We will notify you of any applicable charges before any additional work is done.

To send us your ring, U.S. customers may purchase a fully insured shipping label. International customers will be subject to return shipping cost applicable to their order. We will ship your item back to you free of charge.
